Return Period

You may request a return within 14 working days from the date your order is delivered.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be completely sealed and unused.
  • Items that are opened or unsealed will only be accepted if they are faulty or damaged upon delivery.
  • Due to health and hygiene reasons, non-defective opened supplements cannot be returned.

Return Shipping Policy

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If the item is defective or damaged, we will cover all return shipping charges.

Refund Process

To initiate a return, contact us via our returns form or customer support within the return period.

Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed within 3–5 working days.

Please allow up to 14 working days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Important Notes

  • Opened, used, or unsealed products are not eligible for return, unless proven defective.
  • The 14-day return period is calculated in working days starting from the delivery date.
